Work Package 6
 

Objectives

Based on the analysis of the results of WP3, WP4 and WP5, as well as evaluation of transferability, a set of guidelines on effective public funding of RTD and communication tools will be prepared and disseminated.
 
Description of work
T6.1 Preparation of draft guidelines

T6.2 4th meeting of PAG: evaluation of draft guidelines
Prior to the PAG meeting, all the final reports will be disseminated to EU25 policy makers for their input and comments.

T6.3 Finalization of guidelines on public RTD funding and communication tools

T6.4 Dissemination of project results (mapping, case studies, critical success factors analysis, good practice handbooks, external audit and guidelines)

T6.5 Preparing final conference

T6.6 Preparation of joint validation workshop
After final conference, to ensure continuity of the project results, a joint validation workshop is to be prepared that will include EU25 policy makers, external auditors, PGA members and key project personnel.
